I remember reading an article where a contractor was expounding on his Philosophy of Construction. He said " the definition of Superior supervision was getting exceptional work from mediocre Subcontractors".............My reaction was that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard! It is essential to use Superior subs in order to get exceptional work.
